56bd Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 56bd platform ("56bd", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By using 56bd's website, application or any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested to refrain from using our platform. These terms may be changed at any time, and continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published means you have agreed to the new terms as well.

2. Account Registration and Personal Information

The following conditions must be met to open an account at 56bd:

• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, they will be cancelled and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date.
• The member is solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Transferring, renting or selling an account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be operated using funds from a third party.

56bd may request copies of identity documents (national ID, passport), proof of address or other documents at any time for account verification. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Age Verification and Legal Eligibility

All services at 56bd are for adults aged 21 and above only. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds. 56bd may request a copy of any government-issued ID to verify age.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

The following policies apply to financial transactions on the 56bd platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳800.
• Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer are accepted.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• At the time of withdrawal, the policy of returning funds via the same method is followed.

If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected, 56bd reserves the right to cancel any transaction and notify the relevant authorities. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT).

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

56bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to using these benefits:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times (25x).
• Bonus funds may only be used on games approved by the platform.
• A member may not participate in a single promotion more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Using multiple accounts, bots or automation software to take advantage of promotions is strictly prohibited.
• There may be a specific time limit for claiming a bonus — the detailed terms of each promotion apply separately.

6. Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

All betting and gaming activities at 56bd are conducted according to the following policies:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed after a live betting market has closed are not accepted.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error or server disruption, 56bd reserves the right to void or recalculate it as necessary.
• Betting is available on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA) and kabaddi.
• In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected on a specific event or market, 56bd may withhold payouts until an investigation is completed.

For slots, fishing games, live casino and other games, the rules set by each game provider apply. All games including Aviator by Spribe and Happy Fishing by JILI are operated to fair play standards.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to manipulate the system through fraud, hacking, bot usage or any software.
• Operating multiple accounts with the aim of creating an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources onto the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusive behaviour towards other members or staff.

• Any activity that poses a threat to the security or proper operation of the platform.

8. Account Suspension, Closure and Refunds

56bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Being proven to be a minor.
• Due to a legal directive from authorities or for security reasons.

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Any remaining valid balance at the time of account closure will be returned after the required verification process is completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 56bd platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by loss of internet connection, power outages or the user's device.
• Losses caused by delays or failures of third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Temporary unavailability of services due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence, disclosure of account information or unauthorised use.

In any circumstance, 56bd's total liability will not exceed the balance held in the relevant member's account.

• Necessary data is retained to improve services and ensure security.
